At Fit 4 Mummy we offer circuit style fitness classes to which you can bring your baby. It is specifically designed by a Mummy to strengthen and tone the post natal body.
Fit 4 Mummy has not run any activities for over two months. We’re trying to get an up-to-date schedule.
I retrained after having my first child to become a qualified gym instructor specialising in pre and post natal fitness. I set up Fit 4 Mummy so that I could teach new mums how to exercise correctly after having a baby and so they could fit exercise in by bringing their baby along. Being a Mum of two little ones myself, I understand how important it is to make sure you do the right exercises after having a baby and I really enjoy passing on my knowledge and helping new Mummies.
