New parent & baby classes that will be running in the west bridgford area and will be starting in July 2019. It will incorporate lots of ideas for you to do with your baby at home and will incorporate a variety of specialists at each session giving demonstrations and advice such as baby massage & yoga, baby first aid, baby wearing. post natal fitness, baby & parenting support and advice.
