This is a fantastic workout for all new mums or those looking to get stronger. The focus is on the correct breathing and pelvic floor rehabilitation which is applicable for most people. Alice is super knowledgeable and tailors the class to your level / injuries. Sty makes a fabulous babysitter too allowing you to focus on your workout for an hour.
Excellent class! It's so good to be able to have a proper work out & be able to take my baby along. Friendly women too!
