Exeter Harriers Athletics Club is a long-running volunteer-run athletics club with a thriving youth section for ages 8+. Athletes participate in one activity per session, although all activities do include some running during the session. Over the course of the rotation cycle all athletes will receive coaching in jumps, throws, endurance, sprints, hurdles (Thursdays only at present), and occasionally Pole Vault. The club also provide Athletics sessions for those with Down’s Syndrome, in conjunction with DS Active.
