Description

The capture of Bristol in July 1643 was the high water mark of Royalist fortunes during the Civil War in England. Join Julian Humphrys of the Battlefields Trust for a 2½-hour exploration of some of the key sites in the action and follow the Royalist route as they stormed into the city.

This tour is graded as moderate access, as it is an outdoor walking tour covering approximately three miles, with few places to stop and rest.
