Meet the British Tommy of the First World War in the grounds of Chester Castle. Between 1914 and 1918, Chester Castle saw 38,000 men enlist to the Cheshire Regiment. Hear the stories of the Kitchener Service Battalions and have a chance to see weaponry, equipment and uniform of the soldiers that resided here.
