Description

Black African and Caribbean influences have been integral to the formation of England’s rich history. This often under-represented section of society can be traced back a lot further than one may think. Walk with Nick Collinson in the oldest part of London and discover stories of unparalleled injustice, impassioned abolitionists and the first recorded black person in England under the reign of the first Tudor monarch.

This tour is graded as moderate access, due to it being a walking tour covering 1.5-2 miles with few places to stop and sit down.
