Empty Hands
EmptyHands is a Traditional KaraTe School in Ilford and Woodford. Their practice is based on the classical Shotokan System with some influences from Goju Ryu, Shiatsu (acupressure) and Internal Martial Arts. They run weekly lessons, and ad hoc workshops on a Saturday, typically once a month. They also run mixed yoga sessions for adults and children.
