Activities for Parents
I came to teach Restore Your Core after having experienced a prolapse, diastasis recti and some urge and stress incontinence following the births of my girls. Previously very active, I was determined to find out how to improve my symptoms and start understanding what might be contributing to the cause. Through my Restore Your Core training and continued studies, my prolapse is now asymptomatic, I have closed my diastasis and stopped leaking. I love to help mums find a stronger version of themselves post birth.
