Oska Bright is the world’s leading festival for films made by or featuring people with learning disabilities or autism. The Family Values strand gathers films exploring the challenges and joys of family relationships; delving into the complexities of parenthood, sibling dynamics and coexistence. Themes of love, loss and personal growth are woven throughout these stories navigating what “family” really means.
The 2026 festival will show more than 120 films, chosen from over 400 international entries. The festival runs over six days across five venues in Brighton, alongside an online programme.
