Dutch Playgroup Edinburgh

Dutch language playgroup, for parents that want to increase exposure to Dutch/Flemish for their children. Every session is in Dutch and has a theme. We always start with a group circle where we will sing Dutch children’s songs. We let children select toys to represent a song, to encourage active understanding and engagement. In the mid session children aged approximately 2.5-5 year will participate in Dutch language games suiting their age, level and interest led by a parent.
We will finish each session by reading a Dutch storybook in a big circle.
