Baby Yoga uses standard yoga postures adapted specifically for babies. It also incorporates postures and stretches for the parent and an opportunity to learn to relax with your baby - Diddly Oms believe that both of you can benefit through yoga together.
Aside from simply developing physical milestones it ensures balance is created within the body, flexibility is increased in the spine and joints, blood flow is enhanced and the digestive system improved. Yoga also runs in harmony with the nervous system to improve coordination, align hormones, enhance communication, contribute to brain development and improve sleep patterns. A baby has a hundred billion neurons within its body that are waiting to be stimulated, we just need to help them!
You don't need to have any experience of yoga to enjoy Baby Yoga together.
Suitable from 12 weeks to crawling/walking
Classes are per half term, working out at £7 per session
