diddi dance

diddi dance classes are designed to help your toddler enhance their co-ordination and rhythm. We are here to nurture their natural love of movement in a structured yet relaxed 45-minute class. Classes are suitable for both boys and girls aged from 18 months upwards, however we’ve had lots of younger children. In our classes we use action songs, dancing games, fun exercises, hoops, ribbons and much more all to our own original, funky music. We explore 16 dance themes as well as having tons of fun! PAYG £7.00 . To Book: 07922668740 https://booking.diddidance.com/Class/Find

The teacher was fantastic however there wasn’t enough emphasis on the actual dancing for me. The warm up took quite a while; it would have been better to have more time for the actual dance part of the class.

Hi, thank you for coming for a trial! Needless to say that the 1st class will NOT determine how much your child will focus and engage in weeks to come. Actually your girl has warmed up towards the props and it’s exactly how 95% of shy toddlers behave in unknown setting(even in Reception class they’re given 2 weeks to adjust). In our classes we use action songs, dancing games, fun exercises at the beginning because all toddlers have notoriously short attention spans, so we can’t do just dancing. We’d love to see you again :)

Tatiana Savine, is a very easy and friendly teacher to talk to and the children clearly love her and the class she runs. My son took a while to settle into the class like most under 2s would. He soon relaxed and came into his own. Once he started dancing with the props there was no stopping him! We shall be back in a adhoc basis, due to work commitments. This brilliant option to have as a working parent. Thank you for the fun music and dancing hour.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! I’m very pleased to hear that you have enjoyed your first class:) Our emphasis is on FUN! We don’t push toddlers into doing something they’re simply not ready for.. The classes are great for building confidence, but it takes time. Everyone’s journey is different but it’s so worth the wait ! I would absolutely love to see you joining us again:) Tatiana

My 2yo loves it!!! Fantastic structure (warming up & cooling down). Great choice of props (we especially loved the ribbons, hoops and bells). VERY RELAXED - you can sit and watch if not ready. I would advise trying at least 3-4 sessions on a row so your child knows the routine. Oh and the best thing- really good for building CONFIDENCE (both for myself and my child). Definitely a highlight of the day followed by a lovely nap.
