Dancing Mummies is a mummy & baby sling dance fitness class. It incorporates strengthening, toning and cardio exercises to help the body re-build its strength and tone after childbirth. We take dance style movements and maximise them to achieve the best results for you. You do not need dance experience to join our classes, just an enjoyment of music and movement!
Alison has danced for 31 years and has been qualified for 15 years in Ballet, Tap and Modern Dance. A mother herself, she has incorporated both her experience in dance and parenthood and created a safe haven for all new mums to come and do something for themselves in an environment that is very caring and friendly.
