DanceMums is a 60 minute fitness class that caters for your fitness, social life and yours and your babies happiness in just one weekly session!
This class is suitable for all abilities, shapes and sizes. No previous dance experience needed. You can do as much or as little as suits you. The class is carefully structured so you can take care of your baby while working out- no stress. There are no strict rules, enjoy meeting new mums friends and babies during 60 mins while you dance. Learn a few dance routines and enjoy a nice cup of tea afterwards.

Hi to all, im a nanny and would b interested in bringing my granddaughter whos going to b 2 nxt wk, is it a disco as not sure whats going on here? Or is it more like an exercise class? X
Myself and Millie have just finished our first term with dance mummies and I couldn’t be more happier but at the same time sad that it’s two weeks until the next term! I’m a first time mummy and wanted todo a mummy and baby class but also something that was active, I was recommended dancemums on Facebook and I went to my first class with butterflies galore in my tummy (everyone dreads the first time!) WELL... I’ve never looked back! The whole experience of the class was great! Not only did I feel I have achieved getting out of the house before 11am (high five to me!) but I felt the warm welcome from Svetlana but also all the other mummies there! I found the stretching, dancing and all around exercise made me feel loads better inside and out! Plus a lovely cuppa and a chat at the end makes a fabulous ending! I’d recommend this group every time and myself and Millie cannot wait to have another and many more terms with dance mums! Xx
