Cinderford Tigers is a family run, family friendly martial arts club.

Cinderford Tigers will improve your child’s balance, coordination and confidence through teaching them Tae Kwon-Do exercises and games that will increase their fitness and social skills.  We also offer a strong foundation in essential qualities such as courtesy, respect and discipline.  In addition, Cinderford Tigers is designed to improve children’s motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions.

All this is taught with the emphasis on having fun.

Mondays:
Cinderford Tigers (Reception Class-9 years – upper age range flexible), 5.30-6.15pm

Cinderford Tae Kwon-Do is a family friendly club teaching the ancient Korean art of self-defence.

Tae Kwon-Do is a semi-contact Martial Art, suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Tae Kwon-Do is ideal for building confidence, focus and concentration, balance and coordination, respect, as well as fitness and self-defence. We also teach stamina, sensory perception and reactions, whilst incorporating courtesy, perseverance and positivity. 

We teach students from Reception Class up (see Cinderford Tigers for children only classes, from Reception Class - age 9) and have an excellent reputation for working with all ages and abilities.

We're fully qualified with enhanced DBS certifications, and First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications, and have 40 years of Tae Kwon-Do experience between us.


Saturdays:	
All Grades (Grading Syllabus & Sparring), 9.30-11.30am

Cinderford Tigers is our kids only Tae Kwon-Do club, for primary school aged children from Reception class to age 9.
