Charlton Toy Library is a family support service for disadvantaged under-fives and their families: a low-cost
educational multi-cultural toy & book loan scheme, stay and play sessions, mobile outreach service, child safety equipment loan scheme. Last year, we supported 397
children in 276 local families.
