Mum and baby yoga classes for babies 6 weeks to crawling. Classes consist of yoga postures and strengthening exercises for mum with emphasis on strengthening tummy muscles, back and pelvic floor. Babies can join in with most of the movements and includes baby movements with massage and play.

I love attending this class with my baby boy! Janice is really great! Also friendly, supportive and makes you feel at ease. I feel more energised and confident. My baby loves his yoga time and has a long nap afterwards! :)
