Centre 151 has not run any activities for over two months. We’re trying to get an up-to-date schedule.
Christa is an osteopath with a background in dance and over ten years’ experience working with clients through movement and yoga. Christa had a career in performing arts and travelled internationally. Learning yoga gave Christa relief from her long-term injuries. This, along with a keen interest in anatomy and physiology lead her to complete a Masters degree in osteopathy Christa trained at the renowned YogaWorks in New York City, where she also founded the perinatal yoga service, YogaSpine, and helped mums in the community cope with the physical stresses of pregnancy.
Eva is a Choreographer who lives and works in London. Eva has been a Work Place Artist and is now a Sadler’s Wells Summer University Artist. She has been commissioned work by The Place, DanceXchange, Bloomberg SPACE, the Opera Estate Festival in Veneto, and Sadler’s Wells. Eva's award-winning work has appeared in Time Out’s Best of the Year and has been presented in the UK and at festivals in Europe. Her latest work, commissioned by Sadler's Wells "Aftermath of a Very Accomplished Failure", will premiere in 2018 and tour throughout 2019. www.evarecacha.com
With a background in Ballet, Sara has been practicing massage for over 10 years. She has experienced herself a wide range of body and psychotherapy techniques as well as training in Swedish massage, Shiatsu and Structural therapy.
