Group and Personal tuition available, different age group classes.
Martial Arts lessons is a way to not only improve fitness, agility, strength, stamina, flexibility, and coordination or just to burn the calories, it helps to combat stress, builds posture, offers the art of self defence as well as making you feel good about yourself developing self-control, determination and concentration.
