With a focus on maternal well-being and healing, these classes are designed to gently ease you back into yoga. The sequences include calming breath work, pelvic floor toning, core work and overall strengthening and stretching.
I develop the yoga over the weeks allowing you time to grow in strength and confidence. The classes are relaxed and friendly, and give you chance to spend time with other mothers in a supportive enviroment.
Women are welcome to join post their 6-week check and babies until crawling
