Our Juniors programme caters for students between the ages of 6-10 & 11-15 years old. During these classes students will learn a fun & effective martial art in a friendly, positive & safe training environment. As well as learning effective self defence techniques, other benefits to juniors of learning BJJ include improved fitness levels, coordination & greater self-confidence. Additionally, learning a martial art at a young age develops other qualities such as discipline & respect (for yourself & others). Our instructors are DBS checked & first aid trained. First class is free!
