CDO Capoeira Sheffield

Cordão de Ouro (CDO) is an internationally recognised Capoeira group which has been established in Sheffield since 2004. Capoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines martial art, dance, music and philosophy. Classes take place three times a week, with beginners, kids, students and adults all welcome! This regular training will improve physical fitness, balance, coordination, confidence and musicality.
