1 - 12 months
This is a safe postnatal exercise class run by a qualified midwife. Fun aerobic exercise with focus on regaining core abdominal strength and pelvic floor tone. Babies can come along too. Time for refreshments after and chat to other mums.
Ann is a qualified practising midwife and a qualified aerobics instructor. She has been teaching postnatal exercise for 12 years.
Stefan is a qualified neonatal nurse and sports massage therapist. He assists with rocking buggies and settling babies if they are unsettled during the class.
