Bumps 2 babes fitness is specialised fitness classes for mums. I run antenatal classes, allowing mums to maintain their fitness in a safe environment and ensuring that everything they do benefits them and baby. I also run postnatal sessions, designed to recover well from pregnancy and develop all aspects of fitness, support a healthy weight loss and have fun and socialise. Then I specialise in Diastasis Recti recovery. If you have abdominal separation postpartum then I can help to close the gap and regain core strength and stability. PT sessions also available.
