This power walking class, with strengthening and toning exercises is proving to be the answer to shifting postnatal weight and re-tone your body after giving birth. This 1 hour workout enables you to meet new friends and baby comes too!
Couldn't recommend Gemma's Buggyfit classes highly enough! I've attended from 10 weeks postpartum to 10 months and i will definitely miss it on return to work! It was the best way for me to recover and regain my fitness, and I met some lovely people too.
Buggyfit is a great class for all levels of fitness, Gemma is a lovely teacher and is very knowledgeable about post natal fitness, she will check your tummy separation and give alternative options to the exercises as required. It's a fun class even through the cold and snowy winter and the other mums are all friendly and you can have a good chat at the same time as exercising. I would highly recommend it.

I've a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport, Health & Exercise Science from St. Mary’s University & I wrote my dissertation on pre & postnatal exercise. I'm a qualified pre & postnatal fitness instructor & I’m passionate about making mums feel great about themselves through exercise during pregnancy & after the birth of their baby. I've always been interested in keeping fit & healthy & as a new mum myself I know all too well how difficult it can be to get back into shape after the birth of your baby. As well as being a mum of two, I’m also a primary school teacher.
