Buggyfit is for mums who want to get fit and back into shape after having a baby. Bring your baby along (in a buggy) and enjoy an effective, safe, sociable and fun exercise session outside in the park.
Activities for Parents
Combines two of my favourite things; exercise and being outdoors! A really fun (but not too fun - we get worked hard!) way to get back to being fit and strong. I’ve lost weight and inches doing Buggyfit and all credit goes to such a professional and dedicated trainer who makes time for everyone and tailors exercise to personal circumstances. I have diastasis recti and have had it managed safely and effectively by Lianne with it improving week on week. I absolutely love Buggyfit!
I have 2 children (5 & 8mths), I have done Buggyfit after having both children, in fact this is one of the few classes I returned to, second time round. It’s always fun, the exercises can be altered to your own level of fitness, Liana is a great coach & keeps us all motivated. It has helped me get back fit, feel myself, get fresh air & clear my head, no matter how tired these babies make us 😍 highly recommended ❤️
The best way to spend your mornings! Excellent classes led by a brilliant, knowledgeable trainer. Lovely, friendly atmosphere and it really doesn't matter if your baby cries!
I’m mum to two wonderful children, now 5 & 7. With my first, I had no idea how to navigate postnatal exercise and ended up unfit and injured. With the lessons I’d learned I had a very different experience with my second and had a fabulous time regaining fitness safely. I experienced first hand how a few small pieces of knowledge make a massive difference to fitness & health (of both mind & body) in that postnatal period – to such an extent that I decided to make this my career. I'm never happier than when out in the park helping people find fun and fitness and I hope to help you soon!
