Having recently had a baby myself (Owen is 9 months old), I’m on a mission to get fitter and want as many people as possible with me so we can help and encourage each other along. ‘You never regret doing exercise but always regret not doing it’ – so hopefully by joining one of my classes of fun and functional exercise we can all benefit from the physical and mental aspects of training and working together as a team. I’m a qualified personal trainer (to Level 3 through Premier Global) with a specialism in women’s fitness including pre and post-natal training.
