Activities for Parents
Abi participated in Buggyfit classes after her first child, throughout her second pregnancy and then after her second. She then trained to become a Buggyfit instructor herself. She also teaches women’s circuit classes and will soon be teaching Fitmama pregnancy and post natal classes.
