Buggyfit offers postnatal exercise classes for women which enables you to exercise while spending time with your baby and other mums. Sessions are varied, fun and use a combination of cardio, strength and toning exercises. Buggyfit classes are specifically designed to strengthen and tone muscles the weakened during pregnancy. Classes are focused on restoring your core first before progressing you to more intensive or higher impacted exercises.
