A tailored postnatal exercise class, suitable for all fitness levels and delivery types. Core specific rehab exercises will help you regain strength from within, and the full body exercises will give you that heart pumping glow you’ve been craving! All babies are welcome. You must have clearance from your doctor to return to exercise before attending classes.

Really recommend this class!! It’s a lovely relaxed environment, where you can attend to your little one (and get them out for a kick about or crawl on the mat) and join in as needed, but also get a workout for yourself! Really a great combo, look forward to going again!!
Amy runs a fantastic class to get you back in shape after pregnancy. Her knowledge is exceptional and she makes sure the classes are fun, full of variety and keeps you motivated. I had my first child in December 2018 so I am also going through the recovery process, while navigating being a new mum. I have been a personal trainer for 4 years and specialise in pre and post natal exercise design. I have worked with a number of clients from conception to post natal, including both natural and c-section deliveries (including my own c-section and 3cm ab separation).
