I really loved Kate’s buggy bootcamp and mum and baby bootcamp classes. It is a brilliant idea to get fit whilst socialising with other mums and babies. Kate is a fantastic trainer, she always ensures the exercises are varied each week and pushes you in a good way! The buggy bootcamp is Whittaker park is my particular favourite as you get fresh air and exercise and we have a nice coffee and a chat afterwards. Kate is great with the babies and just generally lovely and really cares. I also love the mum and baby bootcamp and riverside health club as I love how varied each week is and the classes really pushed me. I have had now to stop the classes due to going back to work and am really missing them! I have made some friends for life from these classes and have got a lot fitter so am very grateful to Kate -thankyou 💕x
I’ve been going to Kate’s Buggy Bootcamp for a month now and am really enjoying the sessions! It’s a lovely, relaxed atmosphere but we still work hard and get a good work-out from it. Kate is a great instructor and also brilliant with the babies! Highly recommend it!
Buggy Bootcamp is such a great class! Kate is a fantastic trainer and makes it easy to do exercise after having a baby, which can be scary. She’s really conscious about post baby related things such as core and pelvic floor so will adapt all exercises to your needs. She also happens to be awesome at looking after babies whilst you train, if they want cuddles etc. I wish I’d found this class earlier, even before I gave birth and did pregnancy exercise with Kate. The rest of the class are so lovey and it’s fun for you and baby.
