Teach children's yoga classes for 2-18 year olds. Classes are educational and fun integrating child-friendly yoga poses, reading, art, music, guided visualisation and relaxation. Children learn skills for managing emotions and the stresses of a busy lifestyle in positive ways using different techniques.

I have been a primary school teacher for the last 6 years, teaching in the UK and US. Having begun practicing yoga over 3 years ago in order to manage the stress of a challenging and busy work environment, I realised how beneficial it was for my body and mind. Over the years I have integrated elements of yoga into my classroom and witnessed first hand how it aids children in managing their emotions and handling difficult situations as well as understanding themselves better. This inspired me to undertake more formal training through YogaKids and get certified.
