Breathing Space Mum and Baby Yoga Classes

A lovely combination of postnatal yoga for mums and gentle baby yoga movements for baby suitable from 6 weeks after any birth. Mum and Baby classes are gentle, caring, fun, safe places for mums (or dads!) to enjoy an uninterrupted hour or so with their baby without the worries and concerns of day to day life. Classes are specifically designed for new mums to bring your body gently back to alignment, closing those overworked areas after pregnancy and birth, and supporting your journey in recovering strength and tone in a safe way. Babies are integrated into class with simple Baby Yoga movements which can help sleep and digestion, songs and rhymes, which will help you and your baby to communicate, bond and best of all relax. No Yoga experience is necessary. There is time in class to chat to other new parents and make new friends.

Friendly classes for parents to learn to massage their baby. Learn a head to toe Baby Massage routine which promotes loving touch and builds confidence in handling, understanding and bonding with your baby. Classes also include simple Baby Yoga movements and gentle postnatal recovery suitable for all to ease out tensions, and relax. For babies aged from 6 weeks, not suitable for crawling babies. Dads, grandparents & carers are welcome, classes are not just for mums! Please pre-book. Bookings made in half term blocks, you can join part way through.

Relax, unwind and with yoga to support your pregnancy and birth Suitable from 14 weeks until baby arrives! My pregnancy yoga classes enable you to be to take some time out each week to focus on yourself and also connect with your baby/ies. Classes are a place to come to relax, unwind, meet other mums to be, and to learn how to use yoga both to bring a balance of release and relaxation, and strength and stamina, to the body, and also the mind, in preparation for a positive labour, birth and motherhood. My classes offer a safe and welcoming community to celebrate pregnancy, to connect and share experiences, and learn useful techniques to support you through this magical time. No previous yoga experience needed. The class is suitable from 14 weeks right up to birth. Classes are booked in blocks or part blocks nearer to your due date.
