Hi, I'm Nicci from Breathe & Bloom Yoga, a mindfulness & yoga enthusiast and mum to one playful little boy! I am a Pre & Post Natal Yoga teacher and Baby Mindful coach. All of my classes offer a safe welcoming space to invest some time in your own wellbeing whilst spending time with your baby. Classes are relaxed, fun, playful - anything goes! Most of all I want you to be able to have a lovely time with your little and leaving hopefully feeling a little calmer and more relaxed. we really enjoyed yoga was brilliant for my little boy. ot was really relaxed and you didnt feel awkward if baby was crying needed a feed or anything. it was at your own pace we really enjoyed it
A wonderful class which always left me feeling refreshed! Niki is a total pleasure and lots of fun and always have new and interesting ideas. So different to ant other class I've found and we loved it.
When my daughter was a newborn, she found most sensory classes overwhelming. A friend recommended Baby Mindful and its more gentle approach was just perfect. Nicci's so friendly and welcoming and clearly works hard on the content of each week's class. As a new mum I've appreciated the calm it's brought me too!
