Hi, I'm Nicci from Breathe & Bloom Yoga, a mindfulness & yoga enthusiast and mum to one playful little boy! I am a Pre & Post Natal Yoga teacher and Baby Mindful coach. All of my classes offer a safe welcoming space to invest some time in your own wellbeing whilst spending time with your baby. Classes are relaxed, fun, playful - anything goes! Most of all I want you to be able to have a lovely time with your little and leaving hopefully feeling a little calmer and more relaxed. When my daughter was a newborn, she found most sensory classes overwhelming. A friend recommended Baby Mindful and its more gentle approach was just perfect. Nicci's so friendly and welcoming and clearly works hard on the content of each week's class. As a new mum I've appreciated the calm it's brought me too!
Great time to relax and play worh your little baby
Have so much fun taking my little one to these classes- with a toddler running round I feel like my baby boy often misses out on my full attention so it’s lovely to get some special bonding time with him. He loves it and has lots of giggles and it’s nice for him to mix with other babies!

Being pregnant and becoming a mama exciting & exhilarating – it can also be feel overwhelming at times & sometimes a little lonely. Through my pregnancy & journey into motherhood Yoga & Mindfulness has really supported me in this amazing & challenging transition in my life.
