Soft play for babies and toddlers, Bouncy Bunnies caters for all children. We have a growing baby area, with play mats, toys and activity cube. For the walkers and small toddlers there is our small bouncy castle (with slide!), soft play blocks and ball pit. And of course for the slightly older toddlers/pre-schoolers we have the big bouncy castle (and yes another slide!), ride-on toys, play-doh table, colouring area, and train track. All toys are in the same hall area, so a great group for siblings. And of course for the parents there is a free cup of tea or coffee to help you relax...!
Baby & Toddler Groups
I thought the leader of the group was very warm and welcoming. And was doing a great job. Unfortunately some of the other mums just aren’t very friendly- it’s obviously an established crowd. Every time my baby went to play with something and was sharing nicely (with me watching closely to ensure this) the other mums would look at me with daggers! Maybe a few ice breaker songs or play circles?
It was a lovely play area and my little one enjoyed it but some toys were out of better ie which was a bit disappointing.
A fabulous set up, wonderful space. Better suited for the under 2's, lots of baby toys. Very friendly welcome, lovely cup of tea. Parking is awful, lots of restrictions. Will recommend to anyone who lives locally with babies or little ones.
Mhairi Veall is a mum of 2 young boys who was looking to find a Playgroup for both her children to have fun, playing in the same area whilst catering for the baby play and running steam off for the eldest! With Bouncy Bunnies Mhairi found this possible and she now runs the playgroup sessions at Lochaber hall twice a week. Having lived locally for over 7 years she loves the area and meeting new parents and carers. Mhairi strongly believes a cup of tea or coffee can make even the most hectic child morning better, which is why she’ll always offer a free cup at playgroup!
