((BOUNCE)) Mill Hill is a rebounding fitness class. Dance choreographed fitness rountines on a mini trampoline. Our classes are child friendly so you can bring your children along to class, meaning no need for child care, plus if there is a spare trampoline they can bounce along too, though our classes are suitable for ages 8 and upwards We are based in Mill Hill East Church in Salcombe Gardens on Monday’s @ 7:15pm, Wednesdays @ 6:30pm & Thursdays @ 7pm.
