Mums & Babies Outdoor Bootcamp - our Dulwich Park women only sessions are timed perfectly for after the school / nursery run and we encourage mums to bring along their babies & toddlers (just bring along enough toys and snacks to amuse them!) Empowering people through exercise and movement is our passion. We train in all weathers, and embrace exercising in nature, while enjoying ourselves among a great group of fun and encouraging people Our sessions are always challenging, full of variety and suitable for all fitness levels.
