Body in Motion Pilates runs a weekly postnatal Pilates class where mums can bring their babies along.
The babies play, sleep or watch their mums as they work on their posture, tone their abs, strengthen their pelvic floor muscles and release their achy back!

Victoria is a wonderful instructor who takes the time to explain the exercise throughly so you can visualise which muscles to use while she comes around to correct any mistakes you may be doing. This is really important for someone like me who is new to Pilates and has been put off it in the past due to the excercise complexity. As a new mum, I have back pain and really wanted to strengthen my back, arm, ab and leg muscles which I have thanks to Victoria’s mum and baby Pilates classes. With a positive and small class vibe, this is the perfect class for me and my baby!
The mums and babies class is great. A well thought out level which also allows for differing abilities. Her manner with the babies and the calmness with which she deals with occasional mild chaos is fabulous. Warm and professional. Highly recommended.
