I am a local mother of two young girls and I am passionate about fitness. Having trained as a PT two years ago, I wanted to find a way to incorporate my love of dance and yoga with keeping fit and so I decided to train as a barre instructor. I love teaching my barre classes and watching women grow stronger and fitter after sessions in my class. Each class is designed to challenge you but with an encouraging vibe and upbeat music to get you to make the most out of your session. I also offer private sessions at home of either personal training or barre.
