Benchmark Gymnastics
Benchmark Gymnastics Club is a recreational gymnastic club where the emphasis is on learning gymnastics skills in a safe, friendly and fun environment. Our head coach is a full member of British Gymnastics (and former British Champion in Sports Acrobatics) and all gymnasts have the opportunity to gain awards and certificates through the British Gymnastics Award scheme.
We pride ourselves on offering a General Gymnastics program for children aged 1-16 years old across five locations - Shepherds Bush, Streatham, Sydenham, Thornton Heath, and Upper Norwood.

Benchmark Gymnastic coaches are brilliant. They are professional, fun and make it their job to get to know each child individually. They stretch and encourage the children to push past their comfort zones and excel at different techniques a small step at a time. My Daughter thoroughly loves Benchmark and is the highlight of her week!
Both of my children love attending Benchmark Gymnastics sessions. My eldest who is three, is quite shy however he really enjoys the sessions and is becoming more confident each week which is lovely to see. Both coaches are friendly and approachable and really put the children at ease, while also being encouraging - enabling the children to try out new things and experiment with the equipment.
Absolutely fantastic-I have two daughters who attend they both love it. The coaches are so friendly and make you feel like your all part of the benchmark family
