BellyTots Birth and Postnatal

BellyTots provides gentle, strengthening exercise and relaxation for mums, but also for babies, from pregnancy to 1 year. Classes draw on yoga-based stretches and Pilates exercises; interspersed with Baby Yoga and sensory stimulation for babies in the postnatal classes. Calm, small, peaceful classes with a welcome cuppa and chat at the end! 'Daddy & Me while Mummy has tea' classes, also available; along with Baby Massage
