Be Fit, Mum Fit is a mum and baby fitness class focused on YOU. It doesn't matter how long ago you had your little (or not so little) one, if you want to get fit, healthy and strong then this class is for you!
Sessions are designed to help strengthen your core muscles, improve your fitness levels, strengthen your whole body, and relax tight muscles.
