BabyBounce classes are a great way to recover physically after giving birth, an opportunity to meet other moms, and to get your baby to socialise with other little ones. The days and times of classes work excellently for moms on mat leave or working part-time. Classes are varied and you definitely walk out feeling like you have worked out. Krissy gives you guidance to understand your movements with each excercise, and tailors excercises to fit your needs, but most of all she is a great motivator. Krissy is very thoughtful and relaxed when it comes to your baby too - she sets up a play pen and toys and is happy for you to look after your baby's needs when necessary although she often provides support with your baby in order to let you get the best from your workout. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Krissy’s class is the only thing that has helped me to try to get back into looking and feeling good since I had my baby. Her classes are fun, up beat and tough so you really do get fit whilst having fun. Krissy is really understanding of everyone’s needs and has a flexible approach to make sure everyone can take part at a level that is suitable for their post birth recovery.
