This postnatal exercise class was such good fun and Krissy tailors the class according to individuals' fitness levels/any health problems. It was high-energy, very sociable and you can bring your baby! Thanks very much - I really look forward to coming again!

I attended my first BabyBounce class yesterday and it was fabulous. Krissy caters for all levels and as this was my first exercise class since giving birth, she was extra helpful and nurturing to me, ensuring I wasn’t putting my body at risk of damage. She even gave me a mini ‘medical check’ to see whether my tummy muscles had come back together or not and to assess what core strength exercises I needed to avoid at this stage of healing. The other mums are super friendly and it’s cute to see everyone’s babies. This class is the perfect opportunity to get back into exercise, while having your baby with you (no babysitter necessary) and also getting a socializing ‘hit’. I highly recommend.
SamFri 3rd Nov 2017Attended with 3 month-oldWould recommend this to all mums. Krissy was great at making you instantly feel welcome and at ease, was no problem having to feed and change. She gave different levels of exercise so didn't have to worry about fitness level. All the mums were super friendly, was nice to get out and meet other mums at the same time as getting fit. Thanks Krissy, we'll be back.
LuciaWed 1st Nov 2017Attended with 1 month-oldI absolutely love this class. Really relaxed atmosphere led by a passionate teacher who clearly knows her stuff. Great work out and good for all fitness levels. And nice to chat to other mums over tea and fruit after the class! Would highly recommend.
