Babybounce is a post natal fitness class for Mums and Bubs. Get fit, have fun and meet other Mums.
Such a good class!! Highly recommended. Great venues too. I’ve been to a few mummy baby exercise classes now and this is by far the best. Really great workout for all levels and you feel really comfortable with your baby being right there, even if you have to stop to fed or settle them. Krissy makes the class so adaptable and baby can easily by incorporated into exercises if need be. Perfect mummy baby class! No guilt whatsoever! :)
BabyBounce is a great way to get in shape after having a baby. It’s very relaxed so if you need to tend to your little one, you can. Krissy is fantastic and very supportive. I’d definitely recommend giving it a go.
