Krissie’s classes are an ideal way to get back into fitness after having a baby. They are set up so you can push yourself as hard as you like, without any pressure if your baby kicks up a fuss during the class (it’s actually a relief sometimes to have an excuse during some of the harder stations!). A really nice way to meet other local like-minded mums too.

Krissy’s classes are the best! I arrive feeling like a zombie and always leave feeling revived and boosted, which is testament to Krissy’s fantastic energy and upbeat classes. Attending BabyBounce is a real highlight of my week, especially since my little one genuinely has a really fun time too- be it in my arms (as my weights), or rolling around on my mat watching my waving limbs! Even when he’s sad, Krissy gives him a quick cuddle and he’s soon happy again, allowing me to continue with my workout. I feel so much stronger and fitter as a product of BabyBounce, and I really notice the difference both physically and mentally if I miss a week. The banana reward at the end is also something I greatly look forward to! Couldn’t recommend BabyBounce highly enough.
