Baby Tone
Baby Tone classes are aerobic-based sessions for new mums and their babies - aged 3-12 months - to return to an active lifestyle without the need for childcare and whilst being able to bond with their babies and to meet other like-minded new mums.
Classes will be held on Friday mornings during term time, 10:30-11:30, at Slade Green Community Centre, Chrome Road, Erith, DA8 2EL.
