Beautiful classes for parents and their young babies, centred around the principles of mindfulness. We recognise that new parents want to help their little ones be calm and happy, we also know that it's equally (if not more) important for parents to have a sense of space too. Baby Mindful classes aim to provide for both your needs helping you bond with your baby and support their natural development.
Activities for Parents
Jo originally found mindfulness and meditation in 2015, now her practice has become a constant in her routine and the grounding and centering nature of mindfulness has supported her wellbeing, throughout the ups and downs of mothering ever since. As a Baby Mindful Coach, she nowdelivers these beautiful classes that support baby's natural development and allow parents a rare space for pause during those busy months with small babies. She's passionate about Mental Wellbeing, and loves to share how powerful simple mindfulness techniques can be when navigating everyday parenthood.
