This class is aimed at mums that either want to start up or get back into exercise after having a baby. Its a relaxed class that focuses on strength where we most need it and of course those tummy and pelvic floor muscles. A great opportunity to meet other mums, get some exercise and of course have some fun whilst we do it. Using body weight exercises, light equipment and some fun games it will all help to get you feeling like you again. Your little one can be any age up to school reception as long as you have been signed off by your health practitioner that you are able to start exercise.
